Cashlance is a money manager for iPhone that handles accounts in many currencies. If something is not working or you have a question, we are happy to help.

We usually reply within two working days. Please mention your iPhone model, iOS version and what you were doing when the problem happened.
Only on your iPhone. Cashlance has no account and no server, so we cannot see your accounts or transactions. Deleting the app removes its data. See the Privacy Policy.
Open Settings, then Other Currencies, then Add Currency. Added currencies appear as quick buttons on the amount keypad when you log a transaction. Your default currency is also set in Settings.
Rates refresh every time you open the app and need an internet connection. Open Settings and tap Refresh Now to update them. Past transactions keep the value they had on the day you logged them, so those figures do not change when rates move.
Open the account, tap edit, and turn off Show When Logging. The account still counts in your totals and can still receive transfers.
On a transfer, tap Add fee under the amount, then enter a fixed amount or a percentage. The fee is saved as a separate expense on the account the money leaves.
Tap the camera button above the plus button and take a photo of a receipt. The text is read on your phone and the photo is not saved or sent anywhere. Check the filled-in details before saving. Scanning works best with a flat, well-lit receipt.
Open Settings and use the Remind me daily switch. You can also choose the time. If you do not receive reminders, check that notifications are allowed for Cashlance in the iPhone Settings app.
Tap the plus on the Recent card, or open Settings and choose Budget. You can change the amount or remove the budget there.
Cashlance data is part of your iPhone backup. Restoring a backup to a new phone brings it back. There is no separate sync service.
Delete the app from your iPhone. You can also delete accounts and transactions one by one inside the app.
